What is the flow of Monday night (XA & XEE)?
- 6:30 – 7:00 Dinner (cost $10) 7:00 – 8:00
- Engage in musical worship followed by Bible study 8:00 – 8:15
- Break 8:15-8:35 Service Teams (This gives students the opportunity to take ownership of IMPACT by leading, discussing, and planning for IMPACT’s various gatherings)
- 8:35 – 9:15 XEE
Is XA open to everyone?
YES!!! Sometimes students hesitate to come because they missed the beginning weeks…don’t be that student. Anyone is welcome, all the time! How does a student get involved in XA? You show up. Nothing is required of you just your presence.

YES!!!
How does a student get involved in XEE?
Just stay past XA.
What are the requirements to attend the annual International Summer Mission Trip?
In order to attend the Annual International Mission Trip a student must consistently be involved in XA & XEE in both the fall and spring. Every January the destination is revealed to the students and their parents, and details concerning the trip are discussed. One requirement that must be mentioned is a student can miss no more than 2 XEE meetings in the spring. We place great value on team unity and think consistency plays a huge role in ensuring that end.
Middle School
When is pick up time for IMPACT?
8:00 for Regular IMPACT 8:30 for those who attend 215 **Whenever IMPACT has a “themed event” there is NO 215 so pick up time is 8:00.
When does 215 meet?
Immediately following IMPACT from 8:00 to 8:30
Is 215 open to everyone?
YES, anyone & everyone is welcome! In fact, we encourage students to get involved in 215.
Volunteers
What volunteering opportunities are available at IMPACT?
There is always a place for those who desire to use the gifts and resources God has blessed them with at IMPACT. There are 3 teams of volunteers that enable anyone the opportunity to serve regardless of age, personality, and time constraints. 1. Event Planning Team 2. Event Support Team 3. Invest Team
How can I get involved in IMPACT?
There are 2 ways you can get involved:
1. Sponsor a Student – We ask for parents to sponsor their student(s) every year to enable IMPACT to continue to provide free, fun, and relevant events. The cost for 1 student for the whole year is $65. If you are willing to sponsor your student(s) or want to make a donation to IMPACT just send a check made out to Rio Vista Community Church, memo line “Sponsor a Student.”
2. Volunteering – Contact us and we would love to set up a meeting to get to know you more and let you know more of our mission, vision, and volunteer philosophy.
Attic Rental
How does one go about renting out the Attic?
Email our Administrative Assistant Diane (diane@riovistachurch.com) and inform her of the date you are looking to reserve and the type of event that will be held.
All events must be reserved 2 weeks in advance. The Attic is in high demand so make sure you contact us far in advance.
